These fruit sandwiches are a deliciously light snack. They are easy to prepare and perfect for afternoon tea!
What You’ll Need
4 slices bread, crusts removed
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 tablespoon confectioners’ sugar
3 tablespoons plain yogurt
1. Slice the kiwi into half-moon shapes. Slice orange segments in half and the strawberries in half length-wise.
2. Whip the cream with a whisk until it is frothy, and add the powdered sugar slowly. Keep whipping until the whipped cream is thick. Fold in the yogurt gently, making sure not to deflate the whipped cream.
3. Spread the whipped cream mixture on the four slices of bread. Layer the kiwi, strawberry and orange onto two of the bread slices. Top each with the other bread slice.
4. Cut each sandwich into two or four pieces and serve.
